Shipping and Returns
All domestic orders will be sent via Express shipping using MailPlus shipping service. Orders will be shipped on Mondays and Thursdays and should arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been confirmed. Once the tracking number is received you can track your order at www.mailplus.com.au
If you would like to order from outside of Australia please email prior to placing your order so that I can confirm delivery is available and provide a shipping quote. Keep in mind that due to COVID-19 International shipping can take approximately 4 weeks or longer in some cases.
A refund may be offered within 14 days of receiving your goods if they are deemed faulty by Boho and Brave. Photos will need to be provided via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to be assessed and considered for a refund due to faulty product. No change of mind refunds will be offered.
Due to these products being hand made they will all be subject to slight variations and imperfections. A candle will not be deemed faulty for any such reason. Slight discolouration can occur with certain fragrances due to the ingredients and this will not be deemed faulty.
Boho and Brave will also not take responsibility for any damage incurred during transit as ample packaging is provided to protect the goods during transit.
If it has been longer than 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange so please contact via email email@example.com within 14 days if you suspect your candle is faulty.
Sale and seconds items are not eligible for a refund.
If a refund is approved you will be required to return the faulty item at your own expense for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and only the original purchase price for the faulty item will be refunded.
